How to use:

1. Shake the pen well before each use.
2. Apply the eyeliner pen directly to your upper lash line as you would for a regular eyeliner.
3. If you want to use as lash adhesive, apply a thin line of eyeliner and wait for a few seconds for it to get tacky. Then apply your false lashes using our eyelash applicator tool. 
4. If you want to use only as an eyeliner, simply apply the eyeliner to create your desired look. When dry, it will not be tacky.
