Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selection due to hygiene reasons.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact us at orders@foiledcosmetics.com.au so that we may rectify it as soon as possible.

You are entitled to a return if your item is faulty, damaged upon receiving, or you are unsatisfied.

To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at returns@foiledcosmetics.com.au with your order number, a photo of the faulty/damaged product and the reason for returning. If we request your product to be returned to us, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and we do not reimburse for this. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the full product cost (excluding cost of shipping) onto your original payment method. Please allow extra time for refunds due to bank processing times.
