Shipping policy

Shipping Options:

Domestic

Domestic orders are currently shipped by Australia Post. On checkout, you may have the option to select Standard or Express shipping. Express shipping is not always available and will be subject to our processing times and Australia Post delays. Postage cost is calculated automatically at checkout with prices determined by Australia Post. The weight of products can impact shipping cost and parcels over 500g attract a higher postage fee. At times, we may be able to provide postage at a lower cost due to business savings via Australia Post, however, this is dependent on the volume of orders we receive. All domestic parcels come with a tracking number that will be automatically emailed to your provided email address upon dispatch.

Standard Parcel Post: 2 to 8 business days
Express Post: 1 to 4 business days

International

International orders are currently shipped using Australia Post International Standard Shipping. Prices vary depending on location. On checkout, you will be automatically advised of the cost of shipping via Australia Post.

We currently ship worldwide (excluding Russia and Afghanistan). This may be subject to change.

Customs charges and any additional taxes incurred in the country of delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and Foiled Cosmetics does not reimburse for these charges. By placing an order with Foiled Cosmetics, you the buyer agree that you are responsible for the payment of any additional customs or delivery fees. As these fees are unknown at the time of your order or shipping by Foiled Cosmetics, you understand that Foiled Cosmetics cannot advise you on the payment of these fees.

Note: As we source some of our products internationally, there may be unexpected COVID-19 related delays in regards to stock availability and ingredients used to manufacture our products. Please be patient with your orders and allow adequate time for your order to arrive. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, however, unfortunately sometimes shipping arrivals are out of our control.

Processing Time:

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed before shipping. Generally, orders will be shipped within 5 business days unless we are experiencing a higher volume of orders. Please note that all eyeshadows are typically made to order and produced one by one, which can take a considerable amount of time. As we are a one person company (operating on the side of other employment), there may be a delay on processing your order, particularly if we need to restock our ingredients.

Please note: if you select Express Post (AUS only), this does not include the processing time. Thank you for your understanding.

By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to release Foiled Cosmetics from any liability pertaining to shipping and delivery errors. We will do our best to ensure errors do not occur and you do have an issue with the shipping and/or delivery of your item please contact us as well as the postal service or courier.

If you believe your order is damaged upon delivery as a result of our packaging or negligence, please contact us straight away by emailing us at orders@foiledcosmetics.com.au so that we can rectify this as soon as possible.

We may at any time and without notice change postal service either temporarily or permanently if we believe it is in the best interest of our customers and/or our business.
